“What is the bravest thing you’ve ever said?” asked the boy.
“Help,” said the horse.
“Asking for help isn’t giving up,” said the horse. “It’s refusing to give up.”

First Appointment

Pre-Assessment Consultation – £120

This is the first step for both ADHD and ASD assessments. It’s a relaxed and friendly chat.

During the Pre-Assessment Consultation, we will talk about:

  • Physical Health: Your overall health and any symptoms you’re experiencing.
  • Symptoms: Issues with focus, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and how they affect your life.
  • Mental Health: Any past diagnoses or treatments.
  • Childhood Symptoms: For adults, we’ll consider your symptoms from childhood.
  • Settings: Where you experience symptoms (home, school, work, social situations).
  • Measurement: We’ll look at ADHD and ASD symptoms, as well as anxiety and mood.

The goal is to see if your symptoms might be caused by ADHD or ASD. This session is standalone, with no pressure to continue.
